1. Definitions
"The Company". "We", "Our" refers to DontSpendit Limited and it's employees, officers and authorised agents.
"The site" refers to www.dontspendit.net, it's email addresses, and any associated web presence such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
"Member" refers to any person who has legitimately signed up and been accepted to this site
"User" refers to anyone accessing this site by any means, whether a member or not.
1. Accuracy of Information
While we make every effort to ensure that data on this site is current, we cannot warrant that all offers, bonuses and other inducements listed and provided by third-parties are current. We cannot be held liable for any decision you make based on the content of this website. The information contained on this website is indicative only.
When signing up to a third-party or making a decision based on information contained on this website, please ensure that you check the infomation, together with any terms & conditions, with the third party before entering into any agreement or taking any decision.
2. Membership
By providing your details through the membership sign-up form, you agree that we may use these to provide you with selected information and offers through this website.
Multiple memberships are not permitted. If a member is found to have multiple or fraudulant accounts, their membership will be revoked and all accounts will be closed. We reserve the right to request proof of identity (such as a scan/copy passport, driving licence, utility bill, etc) to confirm valid membership.
Membership is restricted to over-18s only as areas contain information on gambling and other age-restricted activities. We may request proof of age on application.
3. No Spam Policy
We do not sell member lists or any other data to third parties.
By providing your details through the membership sign-up form, you agree that we may use these to provide you with information and offers through this by mail, email, text (if a mobile number is supplied to us), or any other medium.
Where member inerraction takes place via chat, support or any other group, bulletin board or facility, spam in any form is not permitted. If members are found to be abusing these facilities, their membership will be withdrawn and they will be blocked from their use.
4. Liability
The site operates under UK law. Users of this site agree to be bound by and adhere to the requirements of UK law, whether or not such laws are are applicable in their own country. By their use of this site, all users agree that disputes will be dealt with in the UK courts under UK law.
If sections of this site (eg gambling advice) are illegal in your country, state or location, then you must not view or use this information. No liability will be accepted by DontSpendit for the provision of this information where it, or any actions taken on it, is illegal.
DontSpendit cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of the use or misuse of the information contained on this website or in the materials available to it's users and members. Such infomation is provided solely as a guide, and is a matter of opinion only. Any actions taken on the basis of this information must first be researched by the user, and any subsequent or consequent actions are the responsibility of that user.
5. Prize Draws
Prize draws are open to members who satisfy the terms and conditions fof that draw as outlined on this site and who's application has been submitted whilst qualification for the draw is open. Any membersip applications that are not accepted or are subsequently revoked or closed prior to payment of the prize will forefeit their entry. All prize money will be paid through PayPal, the winner must have an existing PayPal account to be able to receive the payment.
DontSpendit reserve the right to withdraw or withold any prize if it is found that multiple or invalid accounts have been created in order to win, and may request proof of identity from the winner. All participants agree to the use of their name, photo and details for marketing and publicity purposes.
6. November Prize Draw
One prize of £50 will be paid to a randomly-selected member who signed up between midnight on 31 October 2009 and midnight 30 September 2009 and who has also fulfilled the criteria set out in 4 above.
